My wish for the year 2023 is to spread knowledge to mindful nutrition as a way of life.

This blog will provide a guide to healing life's challenges of stress, worries, anxiety, and depression. To teach you how daily nutrition can heal both physical and emotional challenges.

MINDFUL NUTRITION AS A WAY OF LIFE

I will be developing new food recipes and posting them monthly. Most will be plant-based, but also some traditional dishes with healthier ingredients. Taking the time to get back to the kitchen and cook good food at home and get away from the easy, not as good for you, foods like processed, pre-prepared, frozen, and fast food. You’ll soon see, preparing your meals this way is good for both your health and happiness.

It is scientifically proven that incorporating thirteen servings of fruits and vegetables daily can optimize your happiness. So, why not start to add various kinds of fruits and vegetables to your daily meals and experiment with new compositions for all your meals: morning, noon, and evening!
